Instructions

1 Choose the "Data Input Form" you need .

2. Fill out the " Data Input Form" , then print it. (Note: form can not be saved )

3. Then choose the MLS Agreement you need       $299 order    / or    $239 order

4. Print out the MLS agreement . Please make sure forms are filled out completely.

NOTE:    THE MLS AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED By THE OWNERS , AND NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED, MAKE SURE YOU FILL IN THE MLS AGREEMENT COMPLETLY.

5. Email photos , to prestigiousboca@aol.com ( Important: Photos should be in jpeg format , normal photo size is 680 x 420 or slightly larger is fine ! You can try set your digital cam to VGA mode , or email mode. If you using a scan , scan at 200 pixels., .
